The whole complex is dated and tired looking bathrooms are old bath with shower dripping taps. Floor coverings stained and worn

Could have being shown to our room - we were just given a key and told to go around the back ! Took us 20 min to find room. Not good value for $ rooms dated and tired hallways stained ceilings water stained. Would be ok for $100 night not $174!😞

I liked the room with three beds, the bed was very comfy. The location was handy, not too far from Trips and Tramps.

We greatly enjoyed this staying. The accommodation was wonderful with nice staff. We ate in the pleasant restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced.

Pos: Thoroughly enjoyed my really great stay during winter time. Its location just a short walk away from Te Anau Glow Worm Caves was great and handy. It was close enough to the centre of Te Anau, township for all meals and downtown attractions or shop.

The setting here is just beautiful and unbeatable, located a short distance from the main center, restaurants, and shops. it's only a kilometer away from Te Anau Bird Sanctuary Park. The rooms are affordable and tidy, equipped with electric blankets. Amenities include an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Its location is marvellous near to town center of the lake, the township and the outskirts of town. The rooms are cheap with a TV and an electric kettle.

Had luxury and spotless room, it included a small fridge and an electric kettle. The food was outstanding with a wide range of choice!

The location was great and stunning, hotel is based off the main road. The room was exceptionally clean and luxury and what's more - included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

I loved staying in a spacious room with a shower, balcony, and complimentary tea selection, the entire staff was friendly, and the hotel's location was great for visiting the Glow Worm Caves.

Really enjoyed this place, it was nice and fine. It was based in big building in a great location, to township for all meals. The staff were welcoming and incredible all the time.
